01 unload

Express delivery is successful, by the network unified to the nearest transfer center and unloading, which large and shaped parts directly to the manual scanning area, after scanning the large package line directly to the loading area; Small and medium parts are unloaded into the delivery bucket and transferred to the delivery area through the belt conveyor line.

02 Packet scanning

The parcel is sent to the upper part area of the parcel supply by the belt conveyor, and placed by the sorter face-up to the parcel supply table. The camera on the parcel supply table reads the parcel information and feeds it back to the sorting machine control system, which coordinates the trolley system and the next part system, plans the parcel sorting path and conveys the sorting instruction, and then the parcel is sent to the sorting trolley.

03 Automatic sorting

The most important equipment in this step is the cross belt sorter, which is the core hardware structure of the automatic sorting system, breaking through the manual sorting efficiency.

04 Construction of contract

Packages in different destinations will be sent to different compartches and fall into corresponding sorting bags. When full compartches (3/4 full bag) are detected, the compartches button will flash and the warning light in the area will beeping to alert the staff to timely build and sew the bags, and timely replace the large bags in the sky. In this process, the scanning will be carried out by the BAS. Send the package information to the sorting system in time.

05 loading

The big bags loaded with packages are put on the belt conveyor by the staff, and automatically transported to the loading area by the conveyor. The connection of different conveyors can realize turning and transfer functions, and finally sent to the belt telescopic machine for loading.

06 transport

The end of the sorting of the departure transfer center is the starting point of the destination transfer center, to the nearest transfer center from the recipient, and finally through the network, Courier to send the parcel to the recipient!
