A. Terminal intelligent sorting solution


At the front end of the scheme, the packages in the side by side are output in the center through the single-piece separation system. The packages are read and the lattice information is obtained through the six-sided sweeping. The end of the scheme is connected with a three-point balance wheel and a telescopic machine.


This scheme solves the problem that a large number of manual pulling bags are needed at the loading port and the scanning code is carried out by hand with the scanning code gun, and the sorting efficiency is low. The efficiency and accuracy of terminal sorting are greatly improved by transferring packages directly from matrix assembly line to vehicle.

B. Intelligent cloud warehouse solution

At the front end of the scheme, through the single-piece separation system, the side-by-side packages are output in the center, and through the pull package section, the small and medium-sized DWS are connected, the packages are dynamically read and weighed to measure the volume, and the cell number is obtained. Finally, the packages are sorted by a five-minute balance wheel.

Aiming at the application scenarios of e-commerce, Yuncang and other small and medium-sized parcels, this scheme does not need manual pulling and sorting. Meanwhile, it reduces the size of the equipment and greatly saves the space of the site. It can connect with the customer system and carry out archiving and recording of the outgoing and incoming storage.

C. Automatic packet supply solution based on cross tape

At the front end of the scheme, through the single-piece separation system, the side-by-side packages are output in the center. After six-sided code reading and weighing, the packages are automatically transported to the cross belt.

This scheme solves the problem that the semi-automatic package supply station still needs a large number of manual handling, thus the efficiency is low.
